By becoming a member of Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Inc. Beta Mu Chapter you are joining the greatest fraternal chapter here at The Ohio State University. Brotherhood is one of our strongest characteristics. We treat each other like real brothers, not just a fraternal brother. You don’t have to fit into a certain stereotype, or have a certain look to be an Iota. We are the last fraternity to be founded, but that’s only a positive. Each member is helping build a tradition, and make our own history.

Once you are a member of the Beta Mu Chapter, you’ll learn great networking skills. Networking is very important in the political world we live in today. You’ve probably already heard "It’s not always what you know, but who you know." By being in a fraternity you are exposed to so many new things and new people. You no longer only represent yourself, and family, but you represent an organization, that you’ll be part of for the rest of your life.
